Dangerious Disciples
The Dangerous Disciples is the Student Ministry of Garland Road Baptist Church. We encourage our students to live their lives for God, to be courageous, and dangerous. We challenge them to be more than just Casual Christians and be a Dangerous Disciple that will change their school, town, and world.
We love spending time with our students teaching them about how to live their lives for Christ through in-depth bible studies and discussions. We love seeing the students apply these concepts to their lives and see the change. Even more, we love to see how our students are seeing God work in their lives. It's a constant prayer in our lives that our students live as Dangerous Disciples!
We encourage and teach our students in a variety of ways from in-depth bible studies to recreational active play. We look forward to spending time with our students each week in weekly activities and special events. The Dangerous Disciples participate in activities such as Winter Jam, YEC, and Falls Creek. We are also always looking for new ways to to get our students involved from doing All Nighters, Camping Trips, and Laser Tag. We also hope to go on a mission trip Spring Break or Summer 2012!
